von der Mehden Recital Hall is the home of nearly one hundred concerts presented annually by the faculty, ensembles, students and guests of the Department of Music at the University of Connecticut. The theater has hosted some famous musicians such as Anathallo, Apse and Joanna Newson. The small venue promotes itself by posting posters around campus announcing their upcoming events.
Opera Poster
Poster for an opera comedy by Gaetano Donizetti. The poster itself has both elements of comedy and elegance to it, reflecting the attitude of the show.
Percussion Ensemble
The typographic treatment of the title emulates the vibrations and experience of a percussion performance.
Voices of Freedom Choir
